Any one knows if she is wearing any undies? What the experts say? Im not an expert and I would say "im not sure"

This picture was taken at my local supermarket. She was wearing very short skirt ( some times i think girls are asking to be upskited). I couldnt get the face shot because the adrenaline was to high!!!
