This is what makes TCB so great ..... this pic maybe old and grainy... but all these pics are amazing just to show that Candids have been around since the invention of the camera !

Maybe we should have a content for the oldest looking candid !

Digital encourages snapping a bunch of crap and keeping the best, whereas a film SLR still needs to be focused an processed...before getting rid of the crap.

What I miss from the late 70's and early 80's are those jogging shorts the women would wear pulled up high and tight to show cheekage and great toe. Remembering getting in trouble in HS for staring at one of my classmates exposed cheeks .... and laughing my ass off at the teacher trying to expalin that everyone has a butt and its just a body part .... as he kept glancing at her as well. Dude reminded me I did not comment about the pics in his Sticky ... the pics are good not the best but they are good for their time ... happy now dude?

Wow Sticky 15 replies and 1 star. At least my responding to my own post will get me credits. I only put this in as a test in the test section. Satan moved it so I thought I would lay back and see where the wind blew. And blow it does these days.

Stripe girl was at Grand Army Plaza lunchtime, in front ot the Plaza hotel. Her legs were going in and out and in and out and I clicked and waited and.... When she walked away I saw that the dress was mid calf, a maxi skirt? she had pulled it up over her knees when she sat! The other, well, If you stood across from the Met on a Sunday there might be a mime to watch. And a girl might sit down. Then the vultures might start circling, all 4 staking out their spots. Anyway, I recall walking across the street, not looking at the scene untill I was to the side. She had by now crossed her legs and I recall was looking, not fondly, at her new "fans".

I had to develop them, so that was a drag and the quality of the pictures ain't so hot. I guess there were lees people looking out for you then. As for now, you would have to ask someone else. I've lost the urge to do this anymore, especally with today's awareness, and security cameras, and it's not my wife's favorite part of my past.
