well lit women's clothing stores w/ multi level racks work best..... see if your mall has a Body Shop or Gadzook's. Both are well lit and have lots of racks both high and low. (body shop is like an obstacle course) It's fairly easy to conceal if you kneel when she's near, but facing away from her. Then just pivot your body after she notices you and use the hand that you're holding the camera w/ to support your body weight. Hardest part is holding the phone steady for about 2 full seconds before the shot so it doesn't blur. This is something i've worked on (80% of my upskirts are badly blurred or too dark)... it feels uncomfortable because you naturally want to snatch the phone up ASAP but it's necessary to produce sharp properly exposed images.
